Haven't you heard? This one's for the birds! The hummingbirds, that is... Salvia is a wonderful addition to the summer garden with its graceful, nectar-rich blooms. It's easy to grow and in addition to hummingbirds, salvia attracts butterflies galore! Stop by this weekend to choose your favorite, or if you just can't decide, bring home one of each! You'll have the most colorful garden on the block AND the hummers will be your new BFFs. It's a win-win!



Mystic Spires 


Mystic Spires is a compact salvia that produces masses of sturdy, indigo flower stalks. Its leaves will mound to about 12" high, while the flowers tower above, up to 30" high. Plant in partial to full sun and fertilize regularly with Espoma FlowerTone (granular) or FoxFarms Big Bloom (liquid) for best results.



Amistad

Southern Living Salvias are always a great choice! Amistad produces dark purple flowers and reaches 3' x 3' when fully grown. Prune as desired in spring for a bushier growth pattern. Radio Red

Saucy Red

This stunning new variety from Southern Living quickly has a neat, but vigorous growth habit and sizzling scarlet flower spikes from April to November. Grows to 3' x 3'. Black & Blue

Perhaps one of our most stunning specimens, Black and Blue salvia produce cobalt-blue flowers with black whorls atop vibrant, lime- green foliage. Blooms summer through fall. May Night
